3. Service Limitations & Fair Usage
To maintain standard quality of service, we enforce usage thresholds:
- Free Plan Limit: Limited to a total of 1,000 processed reviews. Account activity and device fingerprints are verified to maintain this policy fairly.
- Abuse Tracking: Attempting to reset free tier limits by generating random fingerprints or utilizing proxy accounts may result in permanent user and device bans.
4. Intellectual Property & Affiliations
Trustpilot Exporter is an independent utility software. We have no official affiliation, authorization, endorsement, or partnership with Trustpilot A/S, Shopify Inc., WooCommerce, or other third-party review applications. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Payments & Lifetime Pro Licenses
Upgrades to the **Lifetime Pro Plan** are processed via the Creem platform:
- The payment is a one-time purchase of $25. No monthly recurring fees apply.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the Creem gateway. Please reach out to our support channel for help.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The extension and service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted, error-free, or remain fully functional if Trustpilot updates their backend APIs or page structures.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business, data, or profits) arising out of or related to your use of this software.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our backend API or cancel licenses for users found violating these terms or committing malicious activities against our infrastructure.
